These terms and conditions govern your use of the Basic Air website and the purchase of services from Basic Air. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website or purchase our services.
Basic Air provides ventilation and air conditioning solutions for commercial and industrial applications. Our services include planning, installation, maintenance, and repair of ventilation and air conditioning systems. The specific scope of services will be defined in an individual agreement with the customer.
All offers made by Basic Air are non-binding. A contract is only established when Basic Air confirms an order in writing or begins to execute the services.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. Changes to orders after confirmation may result in additional costs and delays.
Prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and do not include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are as follows:
Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date without deduction. Late payments may incur interest charges.
Basic Air warrants that the installed systems will function according to specifications for a period of 24 months from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by the customer or third parties.
Basic Air's liability is limited to the contract value and excludes indirect and consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or data loss.
All content on the Basic Air website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Basic Air or its content suppliers and is protected by Swiss and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Basel, Switzerland.
